2. Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, providing information about job openings, and addressing their questions.

3. Team Liaison: Collaborating with our team to understand hiring needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

4. Data Management: Accurately recording candidate information and interactions in our recruitment database.

5. Adherence to Recruitment Guidelines: Ensuring compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and guidelines.
