Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you will be at the forefront of our telemarketing efforts. Your role will involve:

1. Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products and convert leads into orders for delivery.

2. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.

3. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.

4. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality interactions with customers.

5. Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information and order details in our CRM.

6. Call Recordings: Record and upload all calls.

7. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with our team and customers to address any issues or updates.
