Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Agent with Unateus, you are the backbone of local logistics, ensuring that goods move smoothly from our central warehouse to the customers' doorsteps. Your role will involve:

1. Inventory Management: Receive and manage stock from our main warehouse, maintaining an organised and efficient system. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

2. Storage: Ensure the secure, efficient, and organized storage of products.

3. Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

4. Coordination: Work closely with HQ and  delivery agents for seamless order handoff.

5. Customer Support: Act as a local point of contact for customer queries and returns, providing outstanding service.

6. Compliance: Ensure your warehouse space meets all requirements.

 

Requirements:

To join us as a Warehouse Agent, you should have:

1. Space: Ownership or lease of a space suitable for warehousing operations, whether commercial or residential.

2. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and organised approach to managing your operations.

3. Logistics Skills: Experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer applications.

5. Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a dedication to service excellence.

6. Independent Worker: Ability to operate independently, making informed decisions quickly.

7. Technology Ready: Must possess a smartphone, computer, and printer for managing orders, communication, and necessary documentation efficiently.

 

Premises Compliance Conditions:

Your premises must adhere to the following to ensure operational excellence and safety:

1. Space Adequacy: Ample space for secure storage and easy handling of goods with a minimum of 5 square meters.

2. Transport Accessibility: Easily accessible by foot, motorcycle, car, or van, accommodating all modes of transportation for staff and delivery agents.

3. Protection from Elements: The premises must be dry and shielded from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of stored goods.

4. Temperature Control: Ability to maintain a stable environment, not exceeding 25 degrees Celsius, to ensure product quality.

5. Safety and Security: Located in a safe neighbourhood, with measures in place to limit third-party access. The premises should be lockable to secure the inventory and assets.

6. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Well-maintained, reflecting the professionalism of our network and ensuring the health and safety of the products and personnel.
